Open the observation hole on the dust cover and observe the direction of rotation of the adjusting nut that reduces the brake clearance, usually clockwise. Rotate the nut until there is no clearance and the resistance increases significantly, then stop and rotate 180 degrees in the opposite direction to complete the adjustment. Adjust the arm manually and automatically. The automatic adjustment arm is designed with pre-set brake clearance values based on different axle models. During normal use, if the clearance exceeds the limit value, the brake adjustment arm will drive the internal one-way clutch mechanism to reduce the clearance value by one gear when returning to its original position after completing the braking action, so that the braking clearance can be maintained within the correct range. |
